You can contact the Best Crypto Betting Sites editorial team about corrections, reader feedback, or questions on how we review Bitcoin and crypto sportsbooks. This page explains what we can help with, what we can't, and where to go for everything else. Our age rule: this site is for adults 21 or older only.

What you can contact us about

We are an independent comparison site. We research and review crypto sportsbooks, but we don't run any of them. That split decides who can help you with what.

How to send a useful message

A short, specific message gets a faster answer. Include:

  1. The page address or title you are writing about.
  2. The exact statement you think is wrong or unclear.
  3. What you believe is correct, and a source if you have one.
  4. The date you saw the problem, since bonus terms and sportsbook features change.

Never send private keys, seed phrases, passwords or full wallet backups. We will never ask for them, and no legitimate reviewer needs them.

Reporting a problem with a listed sportsbook

We review sportsbooks such as BetPanda, CoinPoker Casino, Cryptorino, Punkz and others on our rankings. Our rankings are based on research and editorial judgment, not on our own deposits or withdrawals. If you've had a bad experience with one of them, we want to hear it. Reader reports can prompt us to re-check a review.

Be realistic about what happens next. We can look into your report and may update a page. We can't force an operator to pay, reverse a bet or reopen an account. These sportsbooks are licensed offshore, sit in a legal grey area for US bettors, and carry no US state protections such as regulator dispute resolution or segregated funds. Start with the operator's support, keep screenshots and transaction IDs, and check your own state's laws.

Information worth saving

  • Transaction hashes for deposits and withdrawals
  • The wallet address you sent to and received from
  • Dates, times and amounts in USD and crypto
  • Screenshots of bonus terms as they appeared when you claimed them
  • Copies of support chats and emails

Corrections and update policy

Bonus offers, rollover requirements, limits and supported coins change often. We date our fact-checks and aim to fix confirmed errors promptly. We separate three kinds of information: what we verified, what a sportsbook advertises, and what remains unconfirmed. If you spot an advertised offer that has changed, tell us the date and where you saw it.

Commercial disclosure

We may earn a commission if you sign up with a sportsbook through links on this site. That doesn't decide our rankings, and commission does not buy position. Sending us a message doesn't change that either.

Need help with gambling?

If betting is causing you stress, money trouble or trouble with family, call or text the national helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER. It is free and confidential. Offshore crypto sportsbooks may not offer the self-exclusion, deposit limit or cooling-off tools that regulated US operators provide, so set your own limits and never bet money you can't afford to lose. Our Responsible Gambling page has more information.

Before you write to us

  • Betting always carries a risk of losing money. Nothing on this site guarantees winnings or payouts.
  • Crypto prices can move sharply, which changes the dollar value of your balance.
  • Tax and legal rules vary by state. Treat our general information as a starting point and consult a qualified professional.

If your question is about how we rank sites, the About Us page explains our approach. Otherwise, send us your message and we'll read it.
